INSTRUCTIONS
Boil, drain and rinse noodles in hot water. Brown meat well, add tomato
sauce, worcestershire and salt. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour
cream and onions. Melt butter. Grease 2- 2quart casseroles. Place 1/4
noodles in each casserole, pour a little melted butter over noodles. Add
half cheese mixture to each casserole. Add remaining noodles, more butter
and top with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
NOTES : Freezes well.
