INGREDIENTS
| 3 | Egg whites, room temperature | |
| 1 | c | Sugar |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla |
| 1 | pk | (12 oz.) chocolate chips |
| Few drops food coloring, optional |
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat egg whites until stiff. Continue beating and gradually add sugar. Fold in vanilla and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
