God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)
How completely satisfying to turn from our limitations to a God who has none. Eternal years lie in His heart. For Him time does not pass, it remains; and those who are in Christ share with Him all the riches of limitless time and endless years. God never hurries. There are no deadlines against which He must work. Only to know this is to quiet our spirits and relax our nerves. For those out of Christ, time is a devouring beast.

INSTRUCTIONS
this recipe was in the mini page of the sunday washington post a while ago
and i finally tried it one day when i was off:
1. combine first four ingredients in a large bowl. mix well
2. dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water
3. add bouillon to flour mixture. mix to make a stiff dough.
4. roll onto a floured surface. cut into shapes with a cookie cutter.
5. bake in a pre-heated 300 degree oven for 30 minutes. let stand overnight
to harden.
i used cat shapes and patton (our shar-pei) loved them! he did sniff them
for a while before figuring out they were treats :-)
