INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle a clean surface
with extra corn meal (or flour or wheat germ) and roll out dough to about
1/4 inch thickness. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters or into squares or
bars. Bake un an ungreased cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes or until
brown.
NOTES : *whole wheat flour is preferable Good, but some seemed underdone
while others were overdone. Next time, try baking at 325 for a longer
time.
