2 c Potatoes; sliced
2 c Ground beef; browned, drain
1 c Onions; sliced
1 c Green peppers; minced
2 c Crushed tomatoes
Salt & pepper each layer
Green pepper; slice for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

In greased 2 quart casserole, layer all ingredients, starting with meat and
ending with tomatoes; season each layer with salt and pepper. Bake at 350~
for 2 hours. Garnish with green pepper slices.
