2 Boudoir Biscuits
1/4 pt Strong black coffee, up to
1/2
3 T Whiskey or any liqueur
75 g 3oz butter or marg.
75 g 3oz castor sugar
100 g 4oz ground almonds
1 Egg yolk
1/4 pt Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

coffe & allow to cool.  Cream butter & sugar until creamy.  Add egg
yolk, almonds, cream and whiskey slowly. Dunk biscuits  quickly in dish
in cool coffee.  Mix alternate layers of biscuits with butter/cream
mixture ending with  biscuits. Freeze now!  Allow a few hours to
defrost. Tip !  Before serving cover with cream and flaked choclate or
