INGREDIENTS

2 Orange; quartered and seeded
1/2 lg Lemon; quartered and seeded
2 Yellow delicious apples (peeled), cored and quartered
2 pk Fresh cranberries
12 oz Raspberry preserves
1 c Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add orange and lemon, and
process until finely chopped. Remove fruit. Reposition knife blade in
processor bowl; add remaining ingredients. Pocess until apple and
cranberries are coarsely chopped. Combine fruit mixtures, mixing well.
Chill before serving.
NOTES : Yield:  About 7 cups.  Submitted by artguyer@ix.netcom.com.  Great
with the rich holiday meals.
