| 1 | c | Shredded unsweetened |
| Coconut | ||
| 1/2 | c | Raisins |
| 1/2 | c | Walnuts, chopped |
| 2 | tb | Lemon juice |
| 1 | ts | Lemon rind, grated |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flour, butter, and 1/4 c sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x13" pan. Bake 10 min at 350. Cool. Mix all the remaining ingredients. Spread over the crust layer. Bake 20 min at 350.
