INGREDIENTS

1 | t | Baking Soda |
1/2 | t | Salt |
1/2 | c | Butter Or Margarine, softened |
1 | c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
1/4 | t | Vanilla |
2 | Rip Bananas, Mashed | |
1/4 | c | Cold Water |
1 1/2 | c | Walnuts, Chopped Fine |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flour, soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and bananas. Add flour mixture; beat just until blended. Add water; beat just to blend. Stir in walnuts. Turn into greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour and 10 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack 5 minutes.
