Ingredients: 2 Hard-cooked eggs; chopped; 1/8 c Chopped; cooked bacon; 3 tb Mayonnaise or salad dressing; 3 sl Whole wheat bread; 3 sl White bread; 1 tb Soft butter or margarine; 12 sl Stuffed green olives

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine eggs, bacon, and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Cut each slice of
the whole wheat and white bread into two 2-inch rounds with a cookie
cutter, then cut the center from half of the rounds to form circles. Spread
butter or margarine on rounds, then spread with 1 tablespoon egg bacon
filling. Place a circle of bread over filling, and place a slice of stuffed
olive in the center of each circle. Yield: 12 party sandwiches.
