INGREDIENTS
3/4 | c | Warm water |
1/2 | Ounce package dry yeast | |
2 | t | Sugar |
2 | T | Oil |
2 1/2 | c | Flour |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a measuring cup, put in 3/4 cup warm water, add yeast, stir to dissolve and let stand for 1 minute until slightly foamy. Add sugar and oil and mix well. Put flour in fod processor fitted with metal blade. With machine running, pour yeast mixture through feed tube in a steady stream. A ball of dough will form in about 10 seconds; if it doesn't, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time. Check the dough; it should be soft-firm. Continue to process for another 60 seconds, until the dough is very smooth and does not stick to your fingers.
