INGREDIENTS

1 Bottle (18-ounce) commercial barbecue sauce with onion bits
2/3 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c Burgundy or other dry red wine
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 ds Hot sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Use sauce to baste chicken or lamb
when grilling.
