INSTRUCTIONS
Workbasket Recipes: Sorry it's been a while. I'm sure you ALL know about
real life. These recipes are from the November/December 1979 issue.
Cook celery, onion and garlic in butter until light brown. Crumble bread
cubes and cornbread into large bowl. Add sage, salt and pepper. Stir in
celery mixture, evaporated milk and broth. Add eggs. Mix well. Pour into
greased shallow 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 12.
