INGREDIENTS

2 pk Cream cheese; (8 oz) softened
2 pk Dried beef (I used the "salty" kind) chopped (I used regu
1 bn Green onions
1 ts Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Chop dried beef. Save about 1/4 cup for rolling later. Soften cheese. Blend
in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in reserved beef
chips. Chill until needed. Set out about 30 minutes before serving time to
soften.
Per serving (excluding unknown items): 203 Calories; 20g Fat (86% calories
from fat); 5g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; 62mg Cholesterol; 168mg Sodium
