Dried beef (I used the "salty" kind) |

Green onions, chopped (I used regular onion and added some parsley) |

Worcestershire sauce |

Black pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Chop dried beef. Save about 1/4 cup for rolling later. Soften cheese. Blend
in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in reserved beef
chips. Chill until needed. Set out about 30 minutes before serving time to
soften.
This is wonderfully good....and super easy to make.
