INGREDIENTS

5 oz Dried beef shredded
5 oz Gruyere cheese grated
5 oz Cheddar cheese grated
5 oz Gouda cheese grated
4 Eggs
2 1/2 c Light cream
2 tb Onions finely chopped
1 Pie pastry

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Roll pie pastry to fit bottom of spring form pan
2. Toss cheeses, beef, onions to disperse evenly.Place mixture onto pie
pastry.
3. Whisk eggs and cream; pour over cheese mixture.
4. Bake 325 F for 1/2 hour, reduce temperarure to 275 F and bake for
additional 1 hour.
