INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onions until soft, about  5
to 8 minutes. Add the apples and cook for 3 minutes. Cover and cook
for a further 2 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for
5 minutes.  Values for whole recipe.  g sugars. 59 g fat of which 4,9 g
