Ingredients: 1 c Sugar; 2 Eggs; 1 tb Butter; 2 tb Crisco shortening; 1 ts Vanilla flavor; 3 c Self-rising flour; 1 c Water

INGREDIENTS

1	c	Sugar
2		Eggs
1	tb	Butter
2	tb	Crisco shortening
1	ts	Vanilla flavor
3	c	Self-rising flour
1	c	Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Spoon drop tea cakes. Stir mix sugar, butter, Crisco shortening, and
vanilla flavor. Add flour, water and eggs; mix well. For each tea cake drop
one tablespoonful of the dough on a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until
brown. Watch to keep from burning.
