INGREDIENTS
| 2 | lb | Pork spareribs; cut in pieces |
| 1/2 | c | Soy sauce |
| 1/4 | c | Garlic; minced |
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix soy sauce and chopped garlic. Pour over spareribs. 2. Marinate for 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. 3. Preheat oven to 300F. Place ribs on rack over drip pan and roast 1 to 1-1/2 hours until dry.
