INGREDIENTS

1/2 | c | Soy sauce |
1/4 | c | Garlic, minced |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix soy sauce and chopped garlic. Pour over spareribs. Marinate for 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 300F. Place ribs on rack over drip pan and roast 1 to 1-1/2 hours until dry.
