As testament to the above recipe, my family has use it for over 20 years of
fine rib eat'n. The only problem is finding lemon powder. Spice Island
used to make it but no longer does to my knowlege. As a substitute you can
use a good brand of lemon pepper and then adjust for salt, pepper and msg.
I have to admit I am a bit disappointed to see this recipe published so
widely. My mother made me wait till I was 25 before she felt I was
responcible enough to have it. What can I say, we took our BBQ'n seriously
in KCMO.
