INGREDIENTS
8 | oz | Sliced Monterey Mushrooms |
4 | oz | Sliced Dry Salami, minced |
1 | Yellow onion, chopped | |
3 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
1 | Italian parsley, chopped | |
2 | T | Fresh oregano, chopped |
1/4 | c | Red wine |
2 | T | Olive oil |
2 | t | Salt |
2 | T | Black pepper |
1/4 | t | Dried crushed red chilies |
1 | 12 Oz. crushed tomatoes |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender place mushrooms, salami and next four ingredients. Blend till finely chopped. Heat oil in large sauté pan and add mushroom mixture. Sauté for 5 minutes or until liquids are gone. Deglaze pan with red wine and reduce out. Add remaining ingredients; cook for 10 minutes. Pour over your favorite pasta and enjoy.
