Ingredients: 6 c Self-rising flour; 1 c Fresh bread crumbs; 1 tb Mixed herbs; 1/4 c Solid shortening; 1 Egg; beaten; Broth or water; Salt and pepper to taste

Our drive to evangelize and our desire to grow numerically have led us to “use” worship as a tool to reach the lost. We have gone so far as to turn our worship services, as opposed to evangelistic services, into "seeker-friendly" meetings, so the world will feel at home when they come into the house of God. We should always be sensitive to the unsaved, but nowhere in Scripture are we told to accommodate the world in what God calls the believer to offer to Him.

INGREDIENTS

6	c	Self-rising flour
1	c	Fresh bread crumbs
1	tb	Mixed herbs
1/4	c	Solid shortening
1		Egg; beaten
		Broth or water
		Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix dry ingredients, then add shortening and egg, mixing thoroughly. Divide
mixture into small pieces, roll into even rounds between floured hands.
Cook in boiling water or broth for 15 minutes. Add to stew 20 minutes
before stew is done.
