DURING COOKING TIME. NOTE: 1. COOKED DUMPLINGS WILL BE LIGHT IN COLOR.
2.  SHALLOW SIMMERING STOCK SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 1" IN DEPTH. TILTING
FRY PAN MAY BE USED.
