SHALLOW SIMMERING STOCK.  COVER; COOK 15 MINUTES.  DO NOT REMOVE  COVER
DURING COOKING TIME. NOTE:  1.  COOKED DUMPLINGS WILL BE LIGHT  IN
COLOR. SHALLOW SIMMERING STOCK SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 1" IN  DEPTH.
