INSTRUCTIONS
Directions: In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking
powder, and salt). In a large Dutch oven, melt the butter over coals. To
the dry ingredients, add the milk and vanilla. Whisk well to combine. Pour
the batter into the Dutch oven with the melted butter. Pour in the peaches
on top. Cover with lid and place coals on top. Cook for 20-30 minutes over
the coals, checking often.
