INGREDIENTS

1 lb Bacon; fried and crumbled (save grease)
8 Eggs hard boiled; cut up
10 md Potatoes
1 Head lettuce; cut up

INSTRUCTIONS

Add bacon and eggs to lettuce. Heat bacon grease and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup
vinegar. Heat through. Mash potatoes, add lettuce and egg and bacon. Pour
grease and vinegar mix over potato mixture and mix together.
