INGREDIENTS

2 t Oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 lb Ground beef, optional for
non-vegetarians
3 lb Canned crushed tomatoes, 2
cans
3 lb Canned chili beans, 2 cans
2 t Chili powder
1/4 c Grated nacho cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Saut onion and/or meat in bottom of pot. Add rest of ingredients
except cheese. Mix and cook for at least one hour. Put cheese on top
