1 c Sugar
1 c Oil
3 c Flour
2 t Baking powder
1 "squeeze" of lemon juice
1 t Vanilla
Cinnamon to taste
Ground or slivered almonds
I use a cupfull

INSTRUCTIONS

together all ingredients and form into 2-3 freeform loaves Bake on
cookie sheets lined with baking (parchment) paper in 350 F oven until
brown-20-30 mins. If you wish cut into slices and return to 200 F  oven
to dry out.(I omit this part --we like them chewy!)  NOTE: Walnuts or
