INSTRUCTIONS
Combine apples and sugar in a mixing bowl and let stand 10 minutes. Blend
oil, vanilla and egg with the apples. Then combine the dry ingredients and
mix in well. Stir in the raisins.
Pour into greased 8-inch square cake pan. Bake at 350F for 35 to 40
minutes.
NOTE: It is very good just as it is, when served soon after baking. Any
leftover cake would be delicious served with a lemon sauce.
