INGREDIENTS

1 cn (15-oz) beans (pinto; white, or ranch style beans work well but almost kind will do)
1/2 c Ketchup
1/2 md Onion; chopped
1/4 ts Cinnamon
2 sl Bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

These beans taste like they've been cooked for hours. You can leave out the
bacon if you want to avoid fat.
Pour the beans into a small casserole dish and mix in the ketchup, onion
and cinnamon. Cut the bacon slices in half and place on top of the beans.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
