INGREDIENTS

1 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 cn (28-oz) pork and beans
1/2 c Catsup
2 tb Vinegar
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Liquid Smoke (optional)
1/2 ts Pepper
1 ts Sugar (optional)
1/4 ts Tabasco sauce (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown meat and onions, pour off fat. Mix all ingredients in a 1-1/2 quart
baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
Serve with salad and french bread.
