INGREDIENTS

2 lb Boneless stew or chuck
2 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 cn Mushrooms; drained
1 cn 7-Up
1 c Rice
1 pk Onion soup mix
1/4 c Cooking wine

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread meat into small roaster pan. Pour onion soup mix over meat. Then add
mushroom soup, 7-up mixed with wine and mushrooms (in that order). Place in
oven, covered, for 2 hours at 375*. Serve over rice
