INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
1 md Onion, chopped
1 ts Crushed oregano
1 ts Salt
4 10"" flour tortillas
4 ts Olive oil
1 ts Dried cilantro
1/2 ts Crushed dried red chilies
1 c (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
1/3 c Sliced ripe olives

INSTRUCTIONS

TOPPING
Brown beef and onion in large skillet. Drain. Stir in oregano and salt.
Place tortillas on two large baking sheets. Lightly brush with oil.
Bake @ 400 for 3 mins. Remove from oven. Divide beef mixture evenly over
tops of tortillas; top with toppings. Bake @ 400 for 2-3 mins. more.
