INGREDIENTS
| 1 | lb | Ground beef |
| 1 | md | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | ts | Crushed oregano |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 4 | 10"" flour tortillas | |
| 4 | ts | Olive oil |
| 1 | ts | Dried cilantro |
| 1/2 | ts | Crushed dried red chilies |
| 1 | c | (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese |
| 1/3 | c | Sliced ripe olives |
INSTRUCTIONS
TOPPING Brown beef and onion in large skillet. Drain. Stir in oregano and salt. Place tortillas on two large baking sheets. Lightly brush with oil. Bake @ 400 for 3 mins. Remove from oven. Divide beef mixture evenly over tops of tortillas; top with toppings. Bake @ 400 for 2-3 mins. more.
