1 Lg Onion; diced
3 Egg
1 1/2 ts Salt ;(optional)
1/4 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Black pepper
1/4 c Margarine; melted
1/3 c Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients until potatoes are finely ground, or approx. 2 min.
Pour into pre-heated, lightely-oiled 9" round or loaf pan and bake at 350
or until golden brown, about 1-1/2-2 hrs. When doubling recipe use 9"x13"
pan.
