INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with no-stick
cooking spray. Arrange bread overlapping in bottom of baking dish. Combine
eggs, milk, mustard and pepper. Pour half of egg mixture over bread;
sprinkle with sausage, cheese and vegetables, if desired. Add remaining egg
mixture. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake 25 to 45 minutes or until
set and golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 12 servings.
Note: Strata may be covered and refrigerated overnight before baking.
