Six 8-inch flour tortillas; warmed |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until
no pink remains in the beef. Drain off the excess liquid and stir in the
picante sauce, cumin,, and salt. Place the meat mixture in a strip across
the center of each tortilla. Bring up the bottoms of the tortillas over the
mixture. Fold in the sides; flip the filled portion over to cover the top
section of each tortilla. Serve immediately.
NOTE: Top with additional picante sauce, some chopped tomatoes, shredded
cheese, avacado slices, or any of your other favorite toppings. And you can
even use ground veal or turkey instead of beef, if you'd prefer.
