INSTRUCTIONS
Roll pastry out on large cookie sheet - approximately 8" wide by 12" long.
Place pieces of cheese and onion over surface of pastry. Bring sides
together, crimping very well at middle. Turn ends in and crimp well. Bake
in 350 degree F. oven for approximately. 20 minutes or until pastry is
golden brown and cheese is bubbly.

My recommendations:
1. Place sealed side down on baking paper. Save yourself the grief of the
pastry opening and the hassle of cleaning the baking sheet.
2. Even if using a sharp cheddar, I think this can use another dimension of
flavor. I splashed the cheese with Tabasco sauce. Next time, I may even use
some hot pepper flakes.
3. It takes more than 20 minutes to bake.
4. Yield: 12 to 16 slices
