INGREDIENTS

3/4 oz Pkg
1/3 c Firmly packed dark brown
Sugar
1 ts Caraway seeds
1/2 c Beer
1 md Onion — thinly sliced
2 Bratwursts
2 Knockwursts
1 lb Chicken or turkey
Frankfurters — halved
2 16 oz. pkgs
20 oz Can
Brown gravy mix
Fresh sauerkraut
Sliced apples — drained

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine gravy mix, brown sugar, caraway seeds and beer in large skillet.
Add onion, bratwursts, knockwursts and franks. Simmer, stirrung and turning
meats for about 20 minutes. Add sauerkraut. Mix well. Cook over Medium heat
for 10 minutes. Add sliced apples. Cook until well heated.
