Dairy Casserole 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Margarine
1/4 c Sauterne wine
1 cn (15-oz) asparagus spears; drained
Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt margarine and mix with wine. Pour over drained asparagus. Sprinkle
heavily with Parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake until heated
through.  Yield: 4 servings.
