INSTRUCTIONS
FROM CHEF FREDDY'S
1) Mix the crab meat and the mayonnaise in a bowl, then fold in the
egg whites, salt & pepper... 2) Pour into a greased baking dish, and
sprinkle with the bread crumbs... 3) Bake in a 350=F8 oven for for 45 min.
