| 1 | Pie Crust (9 Inch); unbaked |
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs until smooth. Add sugar, salt, flour, juice, rind and butter. Beat well and pour into crust. Bake at 375° until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
