INGREDIENTS

3 Eggs
1 1/2 c Sugar
1 pn Salt
2 ts Flour
2 tb Lemon Juice
Grated Rind Of 1 Lemon
6 tb Butter; melted
1 Pie Crust (9 Inch); unbaked

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs until smooth. Add sugar, salt, flour, juice, rind and butter.
Beat well and pour into crust. Bake at 375° until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
