INSTRUCTIONS

The idea for this recipe actually came from an Asian woman my friend met at
a supermarket! It sounds wierd, but is good. Your can substitute another
meat for the Spam if you want to.
Place vegetables in saucepan and simmer for 10 min. (unless you like 'em
crunchy) while spaghetti is cooking Heat wok and put in 1 T. oil and
stir-fry Spam (or other meat) with 1/2 cup coarsely chopped onion. Drain
vegetables and add to wok. Pour in some soy sauce and/or other oriental
seasonings listed above. I sometimes also add a little 5 Spice Powder, and
garlic powder, stirring to blend seasonings. That's it! It really is good!
