1 c Water
1/2 Onion, finely chopped or
grated
1/4 c Cider vinegar
2 T Light brown sugar
1 t Paprika
3/4 t Liquid smoke, or to taste
1/8 t Celery seed
8 Tabasco sauce or hot pepper
Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients in saucepan.  Bring to a simmering stage. Simmer
about 15 minutes to blend flavors and thicken slightly.  Source:
