INGREDIENTS

2 c Milk
8 oz Medium egg noodles
4 Eggs – beaten
1/2 c Sugar
1 lg Red apple; peeled and chopped
1/2 c Golden raisins
8 oz Cottage cheese
1/2 c Crushed pinapple – drained (up to)
4 oz Butter or margarine.

In a large pot cook together milk and noodles. bring to a boil. Add eggs,
sugar, apple, raisins, cottage cheese and pineapple. Pour melted butter or
margine into an 8 x 8 casserole. Add noodle mixture and bake at 350 degrees
for about 1 hour - until brown on top.  Serves 6 - 8
