INGREDIENTS

6 md Potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced (about 2 lbs.)
1 c Chicken stock or vegetable stock
1 tb Melted butter or olive oil
1 lg Clove garlic, minced
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tb Chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375
11X9" BAKING DISH, BUTTERED
Layer potatoes in preheated baking dish.  In a large glass measuring cup,
combine stock, butter, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
Bake in oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is
golden brown.  Yield: 6 servings  Typed in MMFormat by
