INGREDIENTS

6 Potatoes, peeled thinly
sliced about 2 lbs.
1 c Chicken stock or vegetable
stock
1 T Melted butter or olive oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 T Chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Layer potatoes in preheated baking dish.  In a large glass measuring
cup, combine stock, butter, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over
potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.  Bake in oven for 45 to
55 minutes or until potatoes are tender and  top is golden brown.
