INGREDIENTS

1 | Clove garlic, minced | |
1/4 | t | Salt |
1/4 | t | Pepper |
1/3 | c | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1 | T | Chopped parsley |
INSTRUCTIONS
Layer potatoes in preheated baking dish. In a large glass measuring cup, combine stock, butter, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley. Bake in oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
