INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Butter or margarine
1 c Whipping cream
1/8 ts Ground nutmeg
1 c Shredded Parmesan cheese
1 pk (19 oz) frozen cheese tortellini

INSTRUCTIONS

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add cream and nutmeg; heat
through but do not boil. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Cook
tortellini according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a large
serving bowl. Add the cheese sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
