Name: Easy Rocky Road
Ingredients: 2 c (12-ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips; 1/4 c Butter or margarine; 2 tb Shortening; 3 c Miniature marshmallows; 1/2 c Coarsely chopped nuts

INGREDIENTS

2	c	(12-ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4	c	Butter or margarine
2	tb	Shortening
3	c	Miniature marshmallows
1/2	c	Coarsely chopped nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Butter 8-inch square pan. In large microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate
chips, butter and shortening. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 to 11/2 minutes or
just until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
Add marshmallows and nuts; blend well. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Cover; refrigerate until firm. Cut into 2-inch squares.
