Rhodes dinner rolls
Oil for frying
Confectioner's sugar
Jam or honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Place rolls on a greased cookie sheet, 1 1/2" apart. Cover with plastic
wrap, sprayed with Pam. Let rise until double, about 1 /12-2 hours.
Streatch each roll to 5" before frying. Fry in fat at 375 F. until light
brown. Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar or serve with butter, honey or
